Strategic Adaptation

Following the AIM concept, companies constantly adapt strategy, products, and development directions to use changes in the AI world as a growth driver.

It is carried out by the AI Council, based on signals coming from the market and captured by AIBP. Decisions made by the Council are directly reflected in the Transformation Roadmap and implemented through AIM Scrum.

This forms the continuous AIM loop: signals → decisions → backlog → actions → new strategy.

Signal

Signal — a recorded observation of a significant change in the external environment: new technology, regulation, market shift, or change in consumer behavior. AIBP assesses the signal's impact on business and proposes possible actions.

Each signal includes:

  • brief description of the essence of the change;
  • information source;
  • potential impact on business;
  • risks and opportunities;
  • recommendations from AIBP.

Signals serve as the basis for AI Council decisions.

AI Council (AIM Council)

AI Council — the body making strategic decisions based on signals. Its composition includes:

  • all C-level members;
  • AI Business Partner (AIBP);
  • AI Transformation Owner;
  • when necessary — external experts and other key company figures.

The Council meets at least once per quarter, and when significant signals appear — ad hoc, on the initiative of AIBP or company leadership.

At Council meetings:

  • received signals are reviewed and discussed;
  • their impact and priority are assessed;
  • decisions on strategic changes are made;
  • updates to the Transformation Roadmap are approved.

Integration with Operational Level

The updated Transformation Roadmap serves as the source of business goals in AIM Scrum, defining the direction of the transformation team's work. Transformation Owner forms the Transformation Backlog based on it, where goals are translated into concrete changes to the operational model.
